BIO: After a grueling off-season conditioning regimen, the mysterious Alby reunites with the X-Blades for the 2006-07 campaign...His name now ranks amond the legends of PRUMC thanks to his masterful performance in the the 2006 PRUMC playoffs...In the first round, Alby knocked out bitter rival Team America with a historic game-winning free throw, then followed in the second round with ten points to help the X-Blades upset heavily favored PRUMC...Notched a regular season high of eight points against Team Ramrod on 1/23/2006...Started alongside fellow X-Blade Parker Bradway on the 2003-04 NYO Hornets...Also played with current teammates Jordan Hall, Ed Moak, and Charlie Ogburn on the 2001 PPC "Blue" spring league runners-up...His fabled #32 jersey was retired after he walked away from the game in 2004 and now hangs from the NYO rafters...Birthplace & family origins unknown, but is rumoured to be the illegitimate child of a Norwegian fisherman and a Swedish waitress.
SCOUTING REPORT: A crafty veteran with a surprisingly deep repertoire of efficient post moves...Not breathtakingly athletic but gets the job done inside...Also is a good face-up shooter from 10-15 feet...A mildly aggressive defender with the ability to reject a shot if the opportunity presents itself...42-inch vertical leap allows him to elevate over opponents for rebounds and putbacks...Runs like a turtle...His most important assets, as we witnessed last year against Team America, are nerves of steel...Intensity and stamina are questionable but should be improved this year...A key cog in the X-Blades' quest for the elusive PRUMC crown.
